1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you, as the player, and BOS188 in relation to your access to and use of the BOS188 website, account services, casino games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, promotions, payment features, and related services. References to the platform include all features made available through bos188.click.

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, placing a wager, or otherwise using BOS188, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling provisions. If you do not agree, you must not register, deposit, wager, or continue using the platform.

You must register only for yourself and may hold no more than one BOS188 account. Accounts may not be opened for another person, transferred, sold, shared, or operated by a third party. Employees, contractors, game suppliers, and persons with access to confidential platform information may be restricted from participating where a conflict of interest exists.

You are responsible for determining whether deposits, casino play, sports betting, or receipt of winnings is lawful in your location. BOS188 may restrict registration, deposits, specific games, or account access where required for legal, compliance, security, or commercial reasons.

4Registration, Verification & Security

All registration information supplied to BOS188 must be complete, current, and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and any information required to confirm ownership of a Malaysian bank account, card, or eWallet. You must update your account information promptly if it changes.

KYC requirements

BOS188 may require a valid MyKad, driving licence, passport, proof of address, selfie verification, source-of-funds information, or evidence that a payment method belongs to you. Verification may be requested before or after a deposit and will normally be required before certain withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in delayed transactions, restricted access, or account closure.

Account credentials

You must keep your username, password, verification codes, and device access secure. Do not disclose them to family members, friends, agents, or support impersonators. Activity completed through correctly authenticated credentials may be treated as authorised activity unless BOS188 determines otherwise after investigation. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5Deposits, Balances & Withdrawals

BOS188 may support MYR transactions through selected channels such as DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, cards, BTC, or USDT. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, processing times, and verification requirements may vary by method and account status.

• Payment methods must ordinarily be registered in the same legal name as the verified BOS188 account holder.
• Funds must not originate from unlawful activity, unauthorised credit, stolen instruments, or third-party accounts.
• BOS188 may request proof of payment ownership and source of funds before releasing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be returned through the original deposit route where reasonably possible and subject to provider limitations.
• Any displayed processing estimate begins after all security, wagering, fraud, and KYC checks have been completed.

A deposit is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. BOS188 may correct an account balance affected by a technical fault, duplicated credit, reversed payment, manifest error, or fraudulent transaction. You must not withdraw or wager funds that you know were credited incorrectly.

6Betting & Game Rules

A wager is accepted only when confirmed by the BOS188 system and recorded in the player's transaction or betting history. Merely selecting a stake or seeing a pending instruction does not establish acceptance. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

Casino and live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed within the relevant game. Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football markets, are settled using the published market terms and the result recognised by BOS188's official data source. Unless a market states otherwise, extra time, penalties, abandoned events, postponed events, and participant withdrawals are handled according to the applicable market rules.

BOS188 may void or resettle a wager where there is an obvious pricing error, incorrect participant, corrupted game round, duplicated transaction, data-feed failure, event integrity concern, or other material technical error. Where a completed casino round is interrupted, the result recorded by the underlying game system will normally prevail.

7Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Rewards

Promotional offers are discretionary and may have separate rules governing eligibility, qualifying deposits, minimum odds, wagering requirements, game contribution, maximum stake, expiry, withdrawal limits, and excluded payment methods. Those promotion-specific rules form part of these BOS188 Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, one promotion may be claimed per person, household, residential address, device, payment method, and shared network. Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw early may result in the removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

BOS188 may withhold or cancel promotional credit where it reasonably identifies bonus abuse, coordinated play, opposite betting, low-risk wagering designed solely to release a bonus, multiple accounts, identity manipulation, or other conduct contrary to the intended purpose of an offer. Loyalty points have no cash value until converted in accordance with the applicable reward rules.

8Prohibited Conduct

You must not use BOS188 to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or commercially exploitative conduct. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• opening duplicate, false, proxy, or third-party accounts;
• using stolen identities, forged documents, or payment methods that you do not own;
• colluding with other players or manipulating a market, game, promotion, or reward system;
• using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated betting software, or unauthorised technical aids;
• exploiting a software defect, incorrect price, latency issue, or platform configuration error;
• laundering funds, disguising the source of money, or using BOS188 principally as a funds-transfer service;
• threatening, harassing, or abusing staff, dealers, support agents, or other players; and
• attempting to disrupt website security, reverse-engineer software, or access restricted systems.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, BOS188 may investigate, suspend transactions, restrict the account, request further evidence, void affected wagers, recover improper benefits, and report relevant activity where legally required.

9Responsible Gambling

BOS188 services are intended solely as paid entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is not a source of guaranteed income, and every wager carries the possibility of loss. You should establish a realistic entertainment budget, avoid borrowing to gamble, take regular breaks, and never chase losses.

Eligible players may request account controls such as deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request may prevent account access and promotional communications for the selected period, subject to the applicable process. You must not attempt to bypass a restriction by opening another account.

10Account Suspension, Closure & Inactive Accounts

You may request account closure through BOS188 support, subject to the completion of outstanding security and withdrawal checks. Closing an account does not remove obligations arising from transactions, chargebacks, investigations, or breaches that occurred before closure.

BOS188 may suspend, limit, or close an account where required to protect players, comply with legal obligations, investigate fraud, enforce self-exclusion, address security risks, resolve payment disputes, or enforce these Terms & Conditions. Where appropriate and legally permitted, any undisputed withdrawable balance will be returned after applicable checks and deductions.

Accounts with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. BOS188 will apply any inactivity process only in accordance with the account information and notices made available to the player at the relevant time.

11Availability, Liability & Disputes

BOS188 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, internet failure, device incompatibility, telecommunications disruption, payment-provider outages, data-feed delays, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOS188 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from service interruption, a player's failure to secure account credentials, reliance on unofficial information, or use of an unsupported device or network. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and disputes

If you dispute a transaction, game result, sports settlement, bonus decision, or account action, contact BOS188 support with your account identifier, relevant date, transaction or bet reference, and a clear description of the issue. Complaints should be raised promptly so that system records and provider data remain available for review.

BOS188 will assess the available account logs, game records, payment information, market rules, and relevant communications. Pending resolution, you must preserve supporting evidence and avoid submitting duplicate or abusive complaints.

12Changes, Severability & Contact

BOS188 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, technology, security practices, commercial arrangements, or applicable obligations. Material revisions will take effect from the date stated on this page or from another date communicated through the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay by BOS188 in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These Terms & Conditions, together with incorporated policies and promotion rules, represent the agreement governing your use of BOS188.
